I’m French-American and I live in beautiful Northern Italy where I currently teach classes in both Italian and English. I have taught dance and yoga for more than 25 years, am a teacher of the Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method and I love helping people feel more vibrant and confident in their own skin.
I am attentive to individual needs and desires as it is important that my students feel supported and encouraged to blossom into the best version of themselves; at their own pace. I enjoy creating a soft atmosphere where people can slow down, be more present to better tap into their own source of free flowing energy.
I began studying classical ballet at the age of five and have been in love with beauty and movement ever since. I have trained in various disciplines such as classical and contemporary dance, Japanese avant-garde dance, aikido, cross-country running, massage therapy, yoga, face yoga and classical horse riding. A profound respect goes to all my teachers.
In honor of the human body, I have earned a Bachelor of Arts in dance from the University of Montana and certificates from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, The Centered Yoga Certification Program and The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Teacher Certification.
I've also obtained the diploma of National Instructor of Gymnastics for All - Movement and Posture.
As a teacher of the movement arts for over 25 years, my lessons instill the mindset that spirituality can only come out of full responsibility for one’s actions and undying love and devotion to the simplicity of the body. I offer online Face Yoga sessions, hold regular yoga classes in my community, train horses and am an advanced student of classical horse riding.
At the heart of my teaching, I firmly believe that there’s something magical in everyone and I do my best to inspire my students to let that something shine through.
