The wonderful thing about Face Yoga is that it requires so little. All you need are clean hands and a clean face. Use a few drops of your favorite oil if you wish but it’s not indispensable given the method is gentle enough to be performed without. These exercises can be done any time of day, even with make-up on. It is important to have good posture so make sure you’re sitting comfortably either on a chair or on a yoga mat. It is advised to keep a glass of water nearby to stay hydrated.
